Taking food that are too solid is not good for our diet for acid reflux as solid foods stimulates the stomach to secrete more acid to digest the food.

Our diet for acid reflux does not only involve food intake but an altering to our habits. We can start eating healthily and cut down on bad habits such as smoking, and skipping meals.
